Autoselect Tray prints to wrong tray due to incorrect properties.
Cause:
The printer properties in Windows 95 are incorrect. The selected tray has not been set to 'Installed'. Printer properties set in Windows affect printing from Office 95 applications.
Solution:
Edit the printer properties on the Device Options properties sheet. Select the correct tray and select 'Installed' from the 'Installed Options' group.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

3) Open the printer icon that is currently being used. (The printer queue dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Printer' menu and select 'Properties'.
5) Click 'Device Options' tab. (The Device properties sheet appears.)

6) Select the appropriate tray (the tray to be printed to) from the 'Installed Options' group. (The current tray setting appears in the Change Setting for: box.)
